Do you need your Winter Fuel Payment in 1217-18?
If you feel that you could manage without it, why not pass it on to someone whose payment will not be enough to keep them warm and well fed this winter?

Thank you Betty, that's nice to hear. I'm afraid I am not likely to add much in what future is left to me, but what there is should keep yu going for a bit!
