Home again!

I'm back home and raring to go, but I must be sensible and get back to things gradually. Thanks for all your messages and well-wishing. I'm happy to say that no further surgical treatment is necessary, having been stabilised - just a tightening up of the sensible measures we all know about - diet, exercise, low cholesterol level and taking the medication. I will write at more length soon.

And no, Lucy, I didn't write the previous message myself, I dictated it to a good friend over the phone and he posted it for me. I think two weeks' break from the computer has probably done me good!

Having just found you, I am so happy to hear that you are home! For you. For all your longer time friends here. And yes, for me too. :-)

I'm coming up on another Birthday {71}. It would be wise for me to get more serious about such things as diet, exercise and such, myself. My cholesterol numbers are normal and I do take my meds! Having 2 pharmacists in the family, makes one very careful with one's meds. :-)

I repeat, I'm so happy for you!

Hugs,

Judith, I have been criminally remiss in not visiting you as often as I ought. Look what happens! I do hope your recovery is swift and total, take care.

Richard, you make me laugh - (and what could be better therapy than that!) - I would hate to think that any sense of obligation or criminality attached to the reading of my blog. But of course, I know what you mean.

Oh Judith! I know you have an excellent heart that deserves very good care and hope you will pamper it and do all you can to keep it well and steady. It must have been very frightening for you. I'm so glad you are home and doing better and look forward to hearing more from you.

Dear Judith,
Have been away for the weekend and was so glad to see you are safe home again.
Please be sure to stick with the diet and exercise and keep us all fascinated with your thoughts and discoveries.
You are a real inspiration. Your blog is the best I read, always thought provoking, always wish I could sit with you and talk about those things in reality.
love
Sue
